现象一：
E: 无法获得锁 /var/lib/dpkg/lock – open (11: 资源临时不可用)
E: 无法对管理目录(/var/lib/dpkg/)加锁，是不是另一个包管理程序在使用它？
无法执行其他apt-get命令
解决办法:
第一种(比较暴力)
把lock的文件强行删掉，解决问题：
1 | sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock |
或
sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
第二种
ps aux 列出当前进程列表 找到 apt-get 那个被lock住的进程记下PID
sudo kill PID 即可
因为linux只允许开一个apt-get，当然apt-get和新立得也是只能同时开一个
现象二：
E: 无法获得锁 /var/cache/apt/archives/lock – open (11 资源临时不可用)
E: 无法锁定下载目录
解决方法：
方法一
命令：ps -aux
列出进程
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TTY STAT START TIME COMMAND

找到最后一列以apt-get 开头的进程
命令：sudo kill 该进程的PID
方法二：
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock
